An additional value to the festival is given by a project aimed at young talents: the New Note Composition Competition, the only permanent and international composer competition in Croatia.
Precisely because of such an attitude towards music and artists, Samoborska glazbena jesen is an important cultural project in the Republic of Croatia, and its special profile has been recognized by exceptional and famous artists from Croatia and abroad, who choose Samobor as a place to perform and return.
